How do I sign up to use this program?
In order to use this program, your healthcare provider will need to sign you up.

My healthcare provider signed me up to use this program but I haven't received my email. Where is it?
If you haven't received your email yet, you should check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' email folder. If the email isn't there, contact your healthcare provider to ensure they have the correct email on file and sent you an invitation.

I can't remember my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, there is a 'Forgot your password?' link. Click this and follow the directions. If you don't see the email immediately, please give the system a few minutes. If you still haven't received the email, you should check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' email folder.

I am being told I am locked out of my account? What does this mean and how do I fix it?
For security purposes, if you have 5 incorrect logins in a row (e.g. wrong password) your account will be locked. If your account has been locked, you will receive an email with a link for unlocking it. If you didn't receive the email or continue to run into troubles, contact Support and they will be able to unlock your account and help get you logged in.

How do I change my password or email address?
In order to update this information, you must be logged into the program. Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account'. If you are having troubles logging in, please refer to the reset password directions above.

Are there any technical requirements to use the program?
Most importantly, you must have an internet connection. In order to have the best possible experience, this program requires a up-to-date browser. We currently support modern versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. If you need an updated version of one of these browsers, you can find them here.
